Hello! I’m looking to get a Prius this weekend after totaling my old vehicle back in February. Finally got sick of my mpg being kinda poor in my parents old car, and I’ve wanted something that’s great on gas for a while anyways.

What are some things to look out for? I’ve heard about the head gasket problems in the 3rd gen, but I’m looking for the most recent generation, are there any issues to look out for in the current generation?

Also, I saw a post recently about the auto headlights, is that not a feature available on all trims for ‘25/‘26 or just on the more premium trims?

Thanks in advanced!!

Editing because the auto post included info I didn’t think to add:
My budget is around $30,000
I typically drive around 70 miles a day during the week for work
Intending to keep this for as long as I can, definitely shooting for 10 years
