AITA for considering euthanasia for an elderly dog with incontinence issues
AITA for being torn on euthanizing my 13yr old french bulldog?
She is 13yrs old and has started peeing in the house, it wouldnt be a big deal but she is doing it right in the living room and other carpeted spaces. She doesn't have a UTI, wife is a Vet and checks her. She gets sores on her body from laying in pee when she has an accident while at work. She also has allergies, arthritis, bad knees, and not many teeth left(she chewed her way out of her kennel and destroyed the baseboard in our closet trying to get out to attack our housekeeper, only person she acts that way with.) She is deaf also. We tried diapers, she gets them off and/or they dont fit her narrow waste. We did an accident onsie with pads in it, but she just lays in it all night and gets sores.
I want my kids to have a clean house without stinking of pee and having to play find that smell, but I also dont want to do this cause other than the peeing she is a good dog. This is the second weekend I've made up my mind but this weekend she has had no accidents.
Anyways sorry to ramble on, I just want to know AITA for considering euthanasia?
