Help with a custom.
So, i recently decided i wanted to do my first custom (beyond a headswap). So i picked up looper customs huttslayer/slave leia kit. Which, in retrospect, may have been a jump into the deep end. But anyway its here and its happening. As such i was hoping someone could answer some questions.
What are these little cup things. I assume they are essentially sockets for the ball pegs. The smallest seems to fit into the hole in the bottom of the torso. And the two larger seem to fit into the abdomen. But the larger doesnt seem big enough for the ball peg that connects the pelvis to the bottom of the abdomen? And i guess we just have a spare small socket and a spare peg?
The kit comes with the arm band. I would have guessed the forearm and bicep should be seperated to attach it. But those do not want to come apart. I tried the boil and pop method, but the peg is very inclined to stretch. Am i going about this the wrong way? The arms are donors from the recommended Yavin Celibration Leia.
The resin boot foot piece seems to just have a straight hole. Not a socket with a expanded chamber at the end. I assume i would sand the peg to fit and glue it in. So i guess it would lose rocker tilt?
