I am a 33F with universalis and I recently had the hilarious thought that I inhale far more poop particles than the average hair adept human. Not necessarily a “fun”’thought but a nice icebreaker nonetheless. Hahahah anyways, my faulty filtration system friends I’m here to say that a neti pot and a good day amount to some light moments that make the bad days seem less so. Laughing about it on my good days genuinely helps me and I hope this brought a little levity to anyone else out there that might need a pick me up.
