Hey guys, what do you recommend I do, cut or bulk? Every time I try to bulk, I end up quitting because I feel like all the fat goes to my chest (trauma from being a chubby kid lol). Honestly, I want abs, but I also want to be bigger and stronger, and I’m willing to commit to a bulk, but I think that I already have too much BF% for bulking.
Edit: I’m 27, 6’0” and 84/85kg
