All I remember is that it was a manga that had one guy as a well liked cute/pretty boy who was into his normal looking classmate (I think). Big emphasis on the first guy is very pretty in like an innocent looking way similar to honey from ohshc. And then they are separate for a while (I don’t remember if it was break or what) but when they see each other again the little guy is like very big and buff and very pushy to his crush.

I read a little of this like 10+ years ago and it’s not in color. I barely read any though so I don’t know anything else like how long it was or how the relationship goes.
