Anycubic - After Autoleveling + Flow calibration - Filament is stuck on nozzle, ruins print
Anycubic Kobra 3v2
Anycubic Slicer
Printing on 0.2mm
Printing speed: First 45mm / outer Wall 130mm / inner wall 200mm / infill 45mm
Filament: Soleyin PLA from Creality
Hi everyone,
I dont exactly know how to explain this but after he makes the flow calibration or the extrusion in general before print start, the printer always has some filament on its nozzle left.
It is 2-3cms long and when he starts printing he obviously has a little blob on its nozzle printing it on the bed, which causes a completely ruin of my prints.
I tried it with a purge line, this one helped a little bit, but still messes it up.
So far ive done:
- Changed nozzle to a brandnew one.
- Dried the filament for on 45 C° in my Ace
- changed Print temperature from 220 to 210 and 200
- cleaned Bed
- turned the Bed
- tightened the belt
- manually tighten the screws of the bed
- oiled all moving parts as mentioned in the Handbook
- manually added purge line to G Code - reduced the outstanding filament to 0,5 - 1cm
I dont know what else i can do, please help :)
