How do you keep your hand behind the ball?

I've been watching bald brothers bowling and I'm trying to naturally drop the ball and pull my thumb back when I start to bring the ball down (trying not to muscle it)

But I can't seem to keep the wrist behind the ball, it just seems too heavy.

I just switched from 2 handed to 1 handed for my back. Appreciate tips if possible

Thigh Pain from Power Step Landing

Anybody experienced similar pains in the thigh from repeated landing heavily on the last step?

I'm a 2 hander and my thigh pains are killing my endurance. I'm already sliding quite a bit to reduce the impact (S10, H7 soles), but it still is quite sore.

could this be a sign to do more squats? 🤔

I bought a brand new X9-15 in Nov 25 from Lenovo Singapore expecting to use it on the regular, but apparently its the furthest thing from reliable.

I first went in to the service centre a month after I received it, and then once again 2 months later, and another 2 times in the following months, totalling 4 times. All for recurring issues, where the chassis kept creaking, and OLED screen flickering.

Not only that, their customer service kept refusing to take responsibility, saying that the service centre (who had already wasted my time FOUR times) said that the machine was still repairable.

I then had to demand an update from them NINE times over 2 months cos they were taking their own sweet time to reply me.

In the end, they couldn't even give me 1-to-1 with a comparable spec laptop similar to the one I purchased.

On top of this, I worked in a pc and laptop service repair centre for over a year MYSELF and even I know this is unacceptable.

This is the first time I've ever had to type like this, and honestly, even I'm not proud of it.

But when the quality of customer service repair is this abysmal, it's honestly shocking.

So yeah, if you want:

  1. Customer service that doesn't reply promptly

  2. A company that insists that a 2-month old product that has gone back to the service centre 4 times is considered repairable

  3. A customer service that is absolutely terrible at their job

Then go ahead and buy from Lenovo.

My experience has been god awful, and I will never ever but their products again, and i implore you to do the same.

If they can do this for a flagship ThinkPad product, goodness knows how they'll treat customers who buy budget laptops.

Having been a Lenovo fan from young, this is absolutely disappointing. dont be like me, dont make the same mistake i did.
