Finally Joined the Group!
After a long wait after ordering, the Sky Blue Mini arrived home! I ordered this guy from Clive Coffee in Portland and there were no complaints from start to finish. I sold my Bianca V3 to a close friend (which is being heavily enjoyed) and upgraded to this for my 30th birthday. I am currently running it with DF64V which I am also considering to upgrade and I need your suggestions!
If I were to upgrade my grinder, the budget will be below $2,000, around $1,500. I was mainly thinking between the Zerno Z1 and Lagom P80 (Maybe Philos?). I usually drink Medium to light dark roast coffees. I heard for Z1, most people upgrade to the SSP burrs which I am aware but I will probably get it with the Mazzer burr first and later purchased the SSP burr separately when I visit Korea because I heard its cheaper there. Do you guys think extra $100 to $200 is worth it for Lagom P80? Any other recommendations you guys have? I want to hear your thoughts and learn!
