so my girlfriend and i's previous friend of over 5 years just confessed they loved her deeply, and this was very disrespectful to us and our relationship. my girlfriend and i were both in agreement on this that we felt uncomfortable and didnt want to be around them anymore and cut contact with said person. did we do the right thing?
