$180K in 4 hours selling jackets on stage at Mr. Olympia — would've been $280K if our site hadn't crashed. Worth a case study?

Last year I ran the biggest campaign of my career.

Fitness brand NEBBIA × Mr. Olympia collab — 1,000 limited edition jackets. We put them on the Mr. Olympia stage, ran ads to collect a waitlist during the event, then opened sales.

Results:

  • $120K net profit in 4 hours (after COGS + ad spend)
  • Spent a fraction of our usual monthly ad budget — the campaign was that efficient
  • Would've hit $220K but our website crashed mid-launch due to traffic

Before I write up the full case study (planning, creative, waitlist mechanics, ad structure, what broke and why), I want to gauge interest. Don't want to spend the time if nobody'd read it.

If you'd be into the breakdown, drop a comment or upvote. Happy to answer specific questions in the meantime.
