Honestly not sure where else to go with this.
My partner has a store which has been doing extremely well for just under a year now.
She received a wrongful violation saying she sold something which was 'fake'. She shown receipts to show it was legit but was told she would need a letter of authority. After a week she finally received a letter of authority which she sent to tiktok yesterday and it has been instantly declined despite them asking for it!
We've tried getting through to support by submitting tickets which are all being ignored. Honestly not sure where else to go with this. Its massively affecting our income as you can imagine. Shes gone from a stable 100-200 views per live with consistent orders to now getting around 10 views per live and barely an order.
