Please don’t judge but
I’m currently on my final from too many call offs and I got written up for “creating hostile environment” over a misunderstanding but nobody believed me….
Today I had to Call off for hip/back pain

I’m getting hip surgery in July and some days I am in so much pain and it’s starting to severely affect my back and you know how physical this job can be and standing on feet all day

But my manager told me “sit down and talk next shift”

Am I getting fired?……

For those who have gotten surgery already can you please tell me the essentials needed!
I’m getting surgery in July and I don’t really have an idea what to get or I need that I’m not thinking of
I will have a brace and they highly recommend the ice machine so I might be getting that if money allows, thank you!
