Whats the typical yearly income for a family of 4 these days living in GV?

We are considering moving back to the area but have not lived there since 2013. Trying to gauge cost of living for the area. Can anyone give me an idea of what they pay for the following. Of course I know it varies by home but ball park idea would be so helpful.

Trash, electricity, water, internet, home insurance, fire insurance, monthly food budget for family of 4, car insurance, renters insurance and anything else I may not be thinking of.
