Hi all, I am a fresh graduate that is joining Micron in 2 months as an industrial engineer under planning department. The pay is standard for their fresh graduate.
I am looking to understand more of the work culture for an industrial engineer. I understand that process/equipment engineers which require shift work may be more demanding in terms of work (e.g. requiring more ot), how is it for industrial engineers and do we still have the option to ot and what is the OT pay like.
Another question I have is the career progression. How is the career progression like in micron and how long does it take to move up to management?
Lastly, how is the increment and bonus like in micron? I would appreciate if someone could advice me on these.
