i’ve had this for a couple of months and i’m barely going to the dentist, do you think they’ll have to take it out?

I was really depressed for a while and didn’t have energy to brush my teeth well so i ended up getting this. It doesn’t hurt or anything, i just have a consistent bad taste in my mouth.
