I have a question for y’all class 26. Did you guys actually get a full-time job yet?

Because I swear this job market feels insane right now. I’ve been applying everywhere and it feels like every posting has 100+ applicants within a day, every “entry-level” role somehow wants 2-3 years of experience, and half the time I don’t even know if a real person saw my application or if ATS just cooked me instantly 😭

At this point all I keep getting is:

“Thank you for your application.”

“We decided to move forward with other candidates.”

“We’ll keep your resume on file.”

bro WHAT THE FK💀

College told me to “follow your dreams”

LinkedIn hit me with “500+ applicants”

2026 new grads really have it rough finding full time jobs right now huh?

Feels like everyone’s applying to hundreds of jobs, getting ghosted, auto-rejected, or needing “2 years of experience” for entry-level roles.

Is anyone else going through the same thing?
And honestly… what’s actually working for you guys right now?

I kept getting

“Thank you for your application.”

“We decided to move forward with other candidates.”

“We’ll keep your resume on file.”
