Hi, I’m 24F and currently working on a fairly new business. It’s doing decently so far, but it still needs a lot of my time and effort before it becomes stable.

At the same time, I’ve been talking to a guy (29M) who is honestly my type. We get along well and match on many things, but the issue is that he wants to get married early, while I want to take things slowly for now.

I feel confused because this difference in timeline could become a deal breaker sooner or later. Part of me feels I should focus on my career and become stable and content first, while another part wonders if I’m overthinking and should consider marriage if I’ve found a good person.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? How did you decide what to prioritize?
