Because there is no type of official document or record in the UK that records sex (13.179), a restaurant decides to put up posters for the purposes of policing their toilet facilities (13.3769 figs. a-b, sold separately). These are illustrations of a biological male and female with the caption 'You must be this (fe)male to enter.' A cis woman (probably) complains that she is not currently pregnant, and therefore cannot use the facilities of her corresponding sex. This is very likely to constitute direct discrimination on the basis of disability. The restaurant adds a footnote to the caption that reads 'If not, YOLO until further notice' (13.3769 figs. c-d), for clarity. This is a proportionate measure for a legitimate aim.
