I am planning on sending a laptop from Italy to Spain and was just wondering how an Access Point works in terms of confirmation.

How am I supposed to trust the Access Point in not messing with/stealing my package? Do they give me some sort of receipt or something? Because surely I don't just drop it off there without something that confirms I placed it there right?
