Old email keeps popping up even though it’s removed
Anyone know how to remove an old email? I already removed it from “Manage accounts on this device” but it still shows up every time I login other websites or apps using Google.

Hi everyone. I'm new to this thread but need some advice on how to handle this situation.
I recently moved out of my apt in Long Beach on 3/31/2026 where I have been living at since the beginning of July 2023. NPS Management sent me a disposition letter dated 4/22/2026 with a $900 charge to "repair some scuffs in the walls" and a $250 "completed deep cleaning," along with the remainder of my security deposit. Although pricey, I think the cleaning charge is valid, but $900 to repair scuffs in the walls seems unreasonable. I feel like it would take me a hefty generous $20 to repair whatever scuffs in the walls myself.
I sent them an email on 4/22 (same day I received the letter) asking for documentation of those move-out charges, such as receipts or invoices, clarification on how the costs were calculated, and any photos they have documenting the condition of the walls and repairs. I did not hear back, so I called them on 4/28 and requested the same things. The rep told me someone will reach out to me on 4/29. Today is 4/30, and I still haven't heard back from NPS Management.
I searched around on Google and learned about the "California Civil Code § 1950.5" which requires "landlords to return the deposit or an itemized deduction list within 21 days of move-out." So, technically they were 1 day late to sending me the disposition letter and refund. Their "itemized deduction list" also seems very informal and not actual receipts or invoices of any charges for labor or materials.
I want to ask for your advice on this situation since I don't know much about landlord-tenant laws. Please be kind :)
Would I be able to get my entire security deposit refunded since they sent me the disposition letter 1 day late? Would they be able to sue me for damages (scuffs in the walls)?
