Anyone finds the game more difficult after the ToT update?

As the title says. I used to play on Immortals as Sovereign had been way too easy for me. However, i just had got overwhelmed by 2 AIs who seemed to be working together, playing on Immortals.

Does Bedlam work with Waylayer mod? What should the load order be?

Hi guys, for those who are using both mods, do you know if Bedlam works well with the Waylayer mod? Bedlam had really transformed the game for me, and now I want to spice it up even more. Thanks!

Which one is better: El jefe combat AI vs Red Dogs AI?

After doing tons of research on all the available combat mods out there, I felt these two are the most suitable ones for me. There were some posts from about a year ago, saying it's okay to use both together. However, Red Dog's AI mod got a lot of update since then, and both of these mods now body modify the same factions behaviors.

So I guess it's probably best for me to use just one of them? I'm okay with paid mods.

If you've tried these mods before, which one do you feel is better?

Thanks!

OK to uninstall ship mod (Falkland) if I haven't used any part yet?

So I downloaded the famous Falkland ship/services mod a few days ago. I have visited the showroom in New Atlantis, but haven't actually built anything using Falkland part yet.

I noticed it was causing slight FPS loss to my New Atlantis, while it's bearable, I'm thinking whether to remove it and use Deimos ACS and other less demanding ship parts mods instead. I also read about Falkland adds a LOT of object reference handles which may cause issue or create instability.

Is it safe for me to remove this mod from my existing save, given I haven't built anything with its parts yet? Unfortunately the previous save without the Falkland mod installed is about 6-7 hours of gameplay away, and I really don't want to replay all of that. I'm just not sure about having visited the showroom and it already saved down anything in my existing save..

I'd really appreciate if anyone can offer any suggestion or guidance here. Thanks!
