Im having a really hard time looking for the dlcs for pkmn shield

I use an aoostar maco r7 6850h
and decided to rest my face on its aluminum body
I got a little zap but when i touch it with my hands or use an electrical tester nothing happens
Anyone else going through this?

Im using the aoostar maco r7 pro 6850h
I've been noticing that the actual igpu isn't labeled properly in both task manager and amd adrenalin
Instead its just radeon graphics
Also isn't frame gen supported by this igpu?
