I have a KitchenAid fridge (model number KFFS20EYMS02) and the bottom drawer of the freezer only comes out about halfway. It seems like a jam in the left side tracks, I've defrosted the freezer so I don't think it's ice buildup. It seems like I could get a better look at things if I remove the top drawer, but I need to open the bottom door fully to do that so I'm a little stuck. I've tried finessing it and I've tried yanking it, but it appears firmly jammed.
I'm not 100% sure how it came to be since it happened while I was away for work and my house sitter said it just suddenly was like that one day ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Anyone run into this before and/or know of a solution? I've got a repair guy coming over in a couple days, but I thought I would check here and see if I could save a couple hundred bucks. Thanks in advance for any help!
