Beetle restore advise

Right so as you can see I’ve taken my beetle apart, I plan on doing a full restoration but I need your advice. So this photo was 8 months ago, I have made progress since then the vehicle is still fully apart and the engine is in pieces aswell, so I’ve started the restoration, I’ve bought everything to restore the floor/chasis, I’ve ordered a whole bunch of suspension parts to clean that up and have sandblasted the old metal parts and painted them. I’m pretty happy with my progress towards the chasis, however I’m dying to drive this thing again, so I want some advice the body has a whole lot of damage more so to the rear window, my question is there a easy way to get the body back on and deal with it later? I plan on getting the chasis back together, doing the engine up and all but I don’t think I have the capacity yet to get the body completed for a while? I’ve unfortunately made the mistake of striping the paint off the body
