Can't seem to figure out this one with iNaturalist and could use some help. Could be cultivated or native based on the mix of other plants in the yard that seem to be very deliberate/careful. Previous owners were meticulous in a good way!
Low (10 inches) and dense leafy ground cover with woody stems that seem to re-root when they touch the ground again. Stayed green all winter. Shady spot, only dappled light.
