Weighted Chin-Ups 41 kg (90 lbs) x 3

Hi guys. I have seen quick development with my chin up going from 30.5 kg x 4 to 41 kg x 3 in one month. I acknowledge that the form (leg positioning) in this clip isn't perfect but I used a complete range of motion and I am sticking with this weight till I can do it for 8-10 reps with perfect form.

The last rep was a bit of a fight but I paused at the top to really lock it in 😃
