Hub 5 Reboot mystery
Hi Everyone,
Hoping someone can help, for the last week Ive lost internet every day, it seems my Hub5 reboots because the whole WiFi drops for about 5 minutes or so.
The strange thing is, apart from it happening daily it moves by about 10 minutes per day, to the point I can now predict when I’ll lose WiFi.
Virgin sent and engineer who said nothing was wrong, they phoned the network team who said nothing was wrong but it’s still doing it.
They said it must be something in my house causing it but nothing has changed in my house and it used to work fine.
Any ideas what I could do please? it’s a nightmare when working from home etc.
