Hello, i just purchased a few LightBOKS. I’ve seen all the reviews and such but for me it’s the convenience of them being battery powered, good sturdy build, little to no setup time, can be place virtually anywhere and all be connected. And I have high hopes that the company over time will listen to everyone’s feedback to make it better with every update.
But I’ve ran into my first problem. One of them won’t charge, i don’t know if it’s the port but fresh out of the box i updated it and registered it and no light comes on when charging. I don’t know if it is charging and there’s just no light or the port is just broken, has this happened yet to anyone else?
I’d also like to hear more about everyone’s thoughts overall on them and where you see them/want to see them in the near future.
