New body combat- your thoughts?
We just had the release and first regular session, what do you think about the new body combat?
For me it feels solid, I like track 2+3 a lot. Nothing fancy but all fine, not too exhausting. What about you?

For me body pump is a course I go to once or twice a week and I like the group feeling and music and instructors.
But what annoys me is the set up and how long it takes. So many things to grap from the equipment room/side of the course room. Matt, step, things to get step higher (we have rings for that), weights and the weight bar (correct name?). And after getting all that to my spot, in the end I have to bring it all back, together with 25 others...
But maybe for some of you this is a fun thing? Or you enjoy it? Can you share your good feelings with me? I would really like to try to get another perspective on it.
Dear all, I love the LesMills Body Combat in the gym, but since we moved there is no gym around anymore offering it. So I am considering the VR workout, but I suffer from motion sickness in most 1st. person and VR tools. Has anyone experience with it, is it affecting you a lot? I also tried the app, but the experience is not the same and I am not sticking with it...
I have no friends with a VR set, so trying it out is not an option, I would need to purchase all the equipment, but if it works, it would totally be worth it, a subscription to a gym also costs money... thank you for your answers.
