AI Generated Animation in Bricks and Minifigs video

Coming out here because I'm genuinely concerned that LegalEagle is using AI generated animations and images. This is allegedly against their policy but also is not the first time it has happened, so something has to be up. Can anyone confirm if the opening animation of the Bricks and Minifigs AI generated?

Very loud humming noise on East side, near Buckeye/Elvehjem neighborhood

Sounds like someone is vacuuming, but it's coming from outside and I'm in a house, not an apartment. It's a consistent low grade hum but it's VERY audible even when indoors. It seems to fade in and out a bit in volume but it's CONSTANT. I noticed it about ten minutes ago, so not sure how long it's actually been going on. Any ideas what it can be?
