Looking for a meme I saw on 4chan. It's a screencap from an old (60s/70s?) color scifi TV show featuring two very bizarre alien creatures. The show seems obscure/cult.

The creatures look:

• Not humanoid at all
• Dark blue, conical/cylindrical shaped body
• One weird eye
• Wearing something that looks like a suit
• White glove
• Cheap, kitsch rubber costume
• They have a proper name (like "Daleks" but something else)

The meme format is similar to the "you're a man of culture" or Spider-Man pointing meme — one creature is pointing at the other in recognition, with text along the lines of "you're just like me".

The humor comes from the fact that both creatures look absolutely ridiculous and goofy, but they're acknowledging each other very seriously.
