So MTD is forcing our hand and I'm not pleased about it. We've been fine on desktop for years. But now we have to look at cloud options and the thought of migrating all that client data is giving me a proper headache.

Just trying not to make a hash of it. But what software are you actually using these days? What's worked for you?

like it wasn’t just given, you had to be in a “good mood,” say the right thing, or do something for them first. and if you didn’t, the tone would change really fast

did anyone else grow up with that kind of dynamic? how did it affect what you expect from people now?
