U.K. account vs the world
Hello guys. I’m currently in a B2B U.S. inhouse account. First time ko lang din sa calls and I really find my current account VERY VERY chill - as in 6-7 calls lang kami in a day and it’s so easy for me to hit all of my scorecard kaya lagi ko rin hit incentives ko. Overall paldo talaga si sisteret.
However, I’m the kind of a person na naghahanap ng growth and experience. Naghahanap sila ng volunteer for U.K. account - eh sakto bet ko ang midshift. Nagpaka-elsa talaga ako at ni-let go ang comfort zone ko.
Now my question is, I think tanggap ako sa pagka-kathniss everdeen ko. Ano ba ang atake sa U.K.? Ano bang kultura ang kinemberly nila? Kasi sa U.S. confident talaga ako mag de-escalate ng situations. Alam ko talaga kung sarcastic sila at pumapatol ako sa masungit.
