On August 7, All Japan Pro Wrestling Co., Ltd. was dissolved and merged into Tsuyoki Fukuda's Musashi Kogyo Co., Ltd.. The information was made public through the Japanese government's Kanpo gazette (very last page).

And just before you start doomposting, NO, AJPW WILL NOT GO OUT OF BUSINESS. Stay calm, everyone.

ICE×∞ title match result (spoiler)

TLDR version: I'm ok with it.

As said before, I think Sumika has improved so much since leaving JTO, both in-ring wise as well as when it comes to her character work. The way they booked her in the last 1-2 years was so much better too, with her push finally leading to title matches and being more involved with the rest of the roster. She also loosened up considerably and, in terms of her character, practically became an IR wrestler, playing the audience with fun facial expressions and general IR-like silliness.

Once again, I admit I've said some mean things early on, for the above reasons, with some of them being her own fault, but many being out of her control, so I apologize for that.

Would I have given her the belt? Probably not, but it's a better choice than someone like YuuRi was. Sumika is always around, is basically treated like an IR wrestler, and doesn't kill herself in the ring.

I just wish Tsukka would have laid down for Kaho, to make her first reign more special, and then she could have dropped the belt to a returning Yuuka, who then loses it to an even more improved Sumika, but that's pure fantasy booking of course.

With Yuuka being out soon, this may have played into the decision to make her champ too, but either way, congrats to Sumika. She must be ecstatic to have won, I'm pretty sure. Curious how the audience reacted.

On July 3, anime studio Anime International Company (AIC) announced their victory in a legal battle against AIC Rights and producer Yoshikazu Maeda regarding the return of AIC's shares in AIC Rights.

>To all concerned parties

>Anime International Company, Ltd. - Representative Director: Tōru Miura

>On August 16, 2021, our company filed a civil lawsuit against AIC Rights Co., Ltd. and Yoshikazu Maeda, seeking confirmation that Anime International Company is a shareholder of AIC Rights and being registered in the shareholder register.

>In response, AIC Rights and Yoshikazu Maeda argued that since Yoshikazu Maeda had already transferred his shares in AIC Rights to a third party, he was no longer a shareholder of AIC Rights, and therefore lacked a legitimate interest in confirmation, and the lawsuit should be dismissed. However, the arguments of AIC Rights and Yoshikazu Maeda were rejected by the court.

>On March 12, 2025, our company won the case in a judgment by the Tokyo District Court.

>Both AIC Rights and Yoshikazu Maeda appealed.

>On July 31, 2025, our company won the judgment at the Tokyo High Court.

>Only Yoshikazu Maeda appealed to the Supreme Court.

>On May 27, 2026, the Supreme Court issued a decision not to accept the appeal.

>We are pleased to report that this lawsuit has concluded in our favor.

>We will proceed with the necessary legal procedures and other arrangements in due course.

>For inquiries regarding our company's works, please contact our representative, Tōru Miura.

>Due to a dispute with AIC Rights and related parties regarding the ownership of shareholder rights, etc., which jeopardized the continuity of our company's business, we filed the lawsuit above.

>We deeply apologize for the considerable inconvenience and concern caused to all parties involved. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact us.
