I’m a prior service active duty 68w wanting to join the guard. What’s the likelyhood I could go through a paramedic school through the guard or finish a civilian paramedic program without the guard interfering in my school ?

I’m in California and a former E-4 with blc as well. I just wanna get my paramedic done but serve as well

I’m 68w prior service and want to reclass to 12m. Is that possible ?

I’m swearing in tomorrow at meps as a prior service for 68w. I’m planning on getting my paramedic done as long as a deployment doesn’t get in the way. My point is 2 years from now will it be possible to reclass to 12m firefighter if there’s an opening available or are you locked into your mos in the reserves until your initial contract is up ?

I’m 26 (M) and got out of active duty in 2022. I’ve only been to the doctors once for stitches in my right eyebrow since then. I did put in a va claim for ptsd a couple years ago that didn’t get approved and I have no medical history of seeing someone for it, so how do I have 30 marks in my medical history from what my recruiter has told me and is this going to prevent me from joining the reserves ?
