ZSA's Customer Service is Top Notch
I ordered the Voyager about 4 days ago without the trackball, as I have never used a trackball and am not really sure I would like it. This morning, I got an email that ZSA had released a new navigation trackpad. I emailed customer service to inquire about adding the trackpad to my order, since it hasn't been shipped yet, and got a response within minutes asking which side and what color! Customer service where your problems/questions are handled that quickly is rare today, and I really appreciate it. I don't have the keyboard yet, and I already know it's going to be high-quality based on my interaction today.
