Trakt started banning without notice paying members
So just now wanted to post in the forums, that as usual, their website feature isn't working (specifically, can't change notification settings) and it appears I've been banned. No reason, no notice, just pure corporate BS. Message says to contact site admin, which is nowhere to be found 🤦♂️
I still have a VIP subscription. Oh how much they hate when truth is told straight to their faces...
I guess I'll have to ask for a partial refund...

Just tried to send them a message via support email and got this:

Your reply was sent from a blocked email address. Try sending from another email address, or contact a staff member.
What a pathetic company Trakt has become. And I just noticed, that creator of Trakt (Justin) is not even in the list of the team any more...
