Gotoh SG381 tuners on a Spira V-500

Hi! Has anyone replaced the stock locking tuners on a Spira V-500 with Gotoh locking tuners? I have a Spira V-500 TPPE and I'm considering the Gotoh SG381-07 MG-T Locking 6R B.
Does anyone know if the SG381s are a direct drop-in replacement for the stock Spira tuners?
I'm mainly wondering if the tuner holes and rear mounting screw holes line up correctly, and whether the post length works with the V-500 headstock.
If you've done this upgrade on a V-500 or another Spira with the same reverse headstock, did you need to drill, enlarge any holes, or make any other modifications?
The stock locking tuners on mine aren't great, so I'd like to replace them with something better, but I'd prefer to avoid modifying or drilling into the headstock if possible.
If anyone has replaced the stock Spira tuners with Gotohs (even a different Gotoh model), I'd be interested to know which model you used and how well they fit

Thanks in advance! 😊🙏🏽

Specs:

Finitura: Lucida, Transparent Purple
Manico e Tastiera
Manico: Acero canadese roasted
Forma del Manico: Modern D
Tastiera: Ebony Tech
Raggio della tastiera: 14"
Larghezza del Capotasto: 43mm
Capotasto: Osso
Truss rod/anima: Doppia azione
Lunghezza della scala: 25.5"
Numero di Tasti: 24 Jumbo
Hardware ed elettronica
Meccaniche: Nere, con sistema di bloccaggio
Ponte: Fisso
pickup: HH –Spira Villain, su misura, output 12k, magneti in ceramica
Controlli: 1 Volume, 1 Tone
Colore hardware: Nero

How to fix sloppy playing?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been playing guitar for less than a year, and for the past few months, I’ve been getting into metal and thrash. My goal is strictly to be a rhythm guitarist. I have zero interest in lead guitar.
I’m currently struggling with sloppy playing. Also when I record myself, my playing sounds super "robotic" and stiff (idk how else to explain it lol). On top of that, my hand keeps getting "stuck" or stuttering while playing. I'll randomly pause for a fraction of a second before continuing, which completely ruins the flow, stops the rhythm, and throws off my coordination. It feels like an endless loop, I freeze for a split second, lose coordination, and have to reset.
What specific mechanics, exercises, or adjustments can I work on to fix this?
Please don't just say "just practice." I DO practice regularly, but I can't figure out how to actually correct this issue or what I'm doing wrong mechanically.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Is this a good practice routine for an intermediate level? Trying to be a metal rhythm guitar.

100-minute session:

- Warm-up (15 min)

Clean tone, no rush.

- Technical development (45 min)

3 blocks* of 15 min with 1-2 min rest between each block.

*Day A

Block 1 (15 min) → alternate picking

Block 2 (15 min) → string skipping

Block 3 (15 min) → power chords

*Day B

Block 1 (15 min) → downpicking

Block 2 (15 min) → gallop

Block 3 (15 min) → tremolo picking

*Day C

Block 1 (15 min) → 16th note combinations

Block 2 (15 min) → controlled palm muting

Block 3 (15 min) → position shifting / fluidity

Repeat the cycle — Day A, B, C, A, B, C...

- Musical application (40 min)

2 blocks of 20 min:

First block → work on a technical piece (for example Master of Puppets)

Second block → free backing track, play freely / songs you enjoy
