How does 40% of 62 become 57?

Inheritance tax
Dear dev, really appreciate your dedication to making the game the best. Also even with a setback you still managed to get us an update. Anyway, I want to ask if you could lower the inheritance tax percentage. 40% is too high to be honest and it slashes quite a large amount off the inheritance.
Can you also make it such that a heir is the only one who inherits the inheritance and not shared amongst the siblings?
