Any way to buy points at 1.5

I am more than happy to pay Air India directly at the 1.5rs/pt rate. But my account is not eligible due to not having flights, and I cannot get flights since I am not currently in India. Any one know any good, legal or illegal, ways to get around this? I'd happily pay someone here too (say at 1.2 or 1.25) but nobody is selling anymore.

[USA-CA][H] PNY RTX 5070 Ti GPU [W] PayPal / local

Hi,

Bought a 5080 6 months ago and it sat there until I upgraded today and took out the 5070 Ti. It’s less than a year old, bought new, no issues. As you can tell I don’t do anything extreme so forgot to even upgrade dumb.

Local is SF. $950 + negotiable shipping. DM me!
