So I’m kind of stumped.

No matter if I am connected via wireless or ethernet I am experiencing an interesting problem. I am able to play most multiplayer games with no issues whatsoever but my friends list is constantly loading, games do not update, nor do any menus load properly.

I’ve done everything under the sun when it comes to restarting, clearing MAC, changing DNS and all that sort of stuff. I’m not very tech-savvy in the slightest when it comes to stuff like this. There are 2 consoles in the household and they both seem to act this way.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated
