hello all my jazzfest peeps. We traveled to NO from the westcoast for the first weekend of jazzfest. I have not attended in over 20 years and wow it's changed. We want to go back next year but have a 4 day super pass so we don't have to play the chair game and have access to shade a maybe a bar. How do I find out when they go on sale - is there a mailing list or should I join a certain group like here on reddit or something similar?

What is the secret if you are Titanium to get to customer service? I was on a delayed flight today and everyone missed their connections. Normally I get automatically rebooked when that happens but not today. Tried to call AS thinking I would be put to the top of the queue but got the 1 1/2 hour wait message. Lounge front desk does not do CS stuff anymore so not an option. The only option is to find the rate gate agent not working a flight. There was 1 agent for the 50+ people trying to rebooked and they were about to abandon this gate to go to another. Also tried text which said 35+ minute wait.
