I lost all my gear twice. I was mid game / early game, had decided to go caving to get some diamonds and get the new sulfur cubes :> I had found TWO monster spawners!! a TRIAL CHAMBER, and a CHICKEN JOCKEY, so near the end I had a lot of diamonds, the lava chicken disk and was riding a high of finding a lot of cool structures and grabbing the silly sulfurs. and then on my way out I died to a creeper falling and blowing up less than a second when It landed.

I lost all my stuff because I was very deep into the cave and did not expect such a thing to happen and couldn't get back in time. This happened again a separate time not too soon later. and lost about a stack and a half of diamonds because of it.

Why is this a feature 😭😭😭

I wouldn't say me personally I'm a fan, but someone is telling me that I can't ever be a fan if I've not played the game because "you can’t admire Dark Souls without experiencing the main core of the artwork (that being the game)" and is that not just objectively wrong? Like (and I know this is a little off topic) but I have seen a lot of games and understood and value their main core aspect and would call myself a fan but have never played them. I just wanted to know if there were any die hard or just regular dark souls fans that could try and explain it because the way I see it you can be a fan of something without playing it because you can appreciate the core gameplay and understand it and stuff like lore, art, characters and all that world building without playing the game.

Edit: lotta people are kinda agreeing with me and a lot of others are just saying play the game, I'm kinda done with the whole thing and will continue to be a fan of games I havent really played and have said all i need to say tbh. But a lot of people might not be able to play the games but still wanna enjoy em, ik i did as a kid when i didnt have a pc.

Why does Fun Park come after orphanage in the trial list? Is there an order? Because I would assume you'd meet the character in their home environment first and it makes no sense why gooseberry appears in the ophanage first instead of having fun park first because like how coyle has his intro in prison gooseberry has hers in fun park and it more explains her character as she's a dentist entertainer.

am I crazy or is there a reason why theyre ordered as such? also I get escape the lies is before all of them but I feel thats understandable as where else would you put it (I wasnt around for it so idrk)

I just game on here to say, I bought outlast about a month back because it seemed interesting and a friend said they loved it and now so do I, but my poop laptop cannot run the game very well so I bought it on ps5 as it's on sale for around £9 and then found out there isn't cross progression and because of that I'm really put off from playing the game as I obviously don't wanna start again and cant play the game on anything else, because my laptop cant handle the space it takes or the game itself. Other than that I have been in love with this game and will most likely die inside while making a new account :c
