Driver Issues with games and Web Broswers after Upgrading from a RTX 2070 Super to a 9070 XT?

My PC Setup:

Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-F Gaming Wifi II

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 W/ wraith Stealth Cooler

RAM: Crucial Bulistix Gaming 32 GB DDR4-3200 CL 16 Dual Chanel (4 x 8GB)

GPU: AsRock AMD RX 9070 XT Challenger Triple Fan

PSU: MSI MPG A850 850 Watt 80 Plus Gold

Case: Silverstone GD09 Home theater PC

Fans: 4x be quiet! Pure Wing 2 120mm PWM

I'm new to AMD GPU's. I've always preferred AMD processors but usually buy Nvidia GPU's. I've recently made the decision to drop Nvidia completely. I switched from an Nvidia 2070 Super to an AMD RX 9070 XT (exact one listed above). However, since I've switched, I've had several issues that seem to be related to AMD compatibility or driver issues?

Since switching, videos on Twitch, YouTube...etc suffer from jittery or slow frame rates while using Firefox. Switching to Edge has resolved that issue. However, while having 2 tabs open, if one is a video, rather split screen or not, Edge will freeze completely until I delete one of the tabs. Additionally, games would freeze or crash randomly. Game crashes have stopped after turning off AMD Smart Access Memory and deleting Adrenalin. I've also reinstalled windows 11 twice and I've run a DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) twice but I still have issues with video and web browsers. In addition, I sometimes have issues with my PC crashing (very rarely).

My partner also bought an RX 9070 XT and has simular issues after installing an AMD GPU. This kind of thing never happened when running an Nvidia GPU. I'm still dedicated to running all AMD but just curious if anyone else is having these kind of issues? Is this just a normal issue with AMD GPU's? I've heard AMD drivers are terrible and that's there one flaw so I came in knowing that my experience won't be perfect but if anyone has any idea of what the issue might be or if it's resolvable, would love to know.

Advice Regarding Home Routine With Dumbells Only

So, it's been a long time since I did any kind of strength training (15 years actually). To make a long story short, I'm starting a 3 day Push Pull Leg routine using only Dumbells (adjustable) or my own body weighr at home. I prefer to avoid a Gym and While they say people always have commitment issues with working out at home, I can assure you I will be an exception. I'm highly motivated.

My goal is to increase my metabolism so that I'm burning more calories during the day (trying to lose the 150 lbs I've gained since my 20s) as well as increase strength. While I do hope to increase some muscle mass (reasonably), it is not my primary intent.

I'm back to being a novice. I have forget my old routine (developed by a trainer in my 20s) but have established a new routine and just want to make sure I'm not overlooking something, overly Isolation a muscle group over the other and I want to avoid redundant excersizes (Also, I don't want to end up with some kind of miss-shaped body). Right now I'm starting out slow (extremely low weight until I establish where my limits are).

Below is what I've established and just hoping to get some thoughts and advice. I'm hoping to do a Push, Pull, Leg routine, 3 times a week using only my body or Dumbells at home.

Day 1: Push

• Dumbell Floor press

• Dumbell Overhead Press

• Dumbell Close Grip Press

• Dumbell Lateral Raises

• Dumbell Overhead Extensions

Day 2: Pull

• Bent-Over Dumbell Rows

• Bent-Over Dumbell Flys

• Dumbell Floor Pullovers

• Either Dumbell Hammer Curls or Isolation curls (originally gonna do both but might do one or the other in order to avoid over working my biceps?)

Day 3:

• Dumbell Goblet Squates

• Dumbell Romain Dead Lifts:

• Dumbell Walking Lunges

• Dumbell Standing Calve Raises

• Crunches and Leg lifts

(or maybe Hollow Body Holds instead?)
