Hi, so i have a brother who has a master in electronics and unemployment is destroying him for a while now. Does anyone know a person looking for his profile in Algiers? He lives on the west side of algiers but still really close to the center. As you can imagine he graduated last year so experience isn't something he has, but he doesn't necessarily need a job in his field, just something to leave the house that doesn't exploit him.
