Real world strength

We lost a huge tree in one of the big storms yesterday in the Midwest. My husband chopped it into smaller pieces and I dragged them all into our yard from our neighbors yard and off our fence. I realized pretty quickly that the movements were very very very similar to a combination of deadlifts, suitcase marches and rotational lifts on tonal. (I was making sure I picked it up with my legs not my back, walking forward instead of in place while holding something heavy, stepping over other large branches/logs, and then for the lighter pieces, swinging it to the side on top of other branches). It required a lot of strength and endurance as well as a strong core. Today I'm a little sore but otherwise 100% ok, and I have to thank tonal (and myself!) for putting in the work.
