idk if this was common sense but just tried apex inventor lvl 2 with talisman and you can still only reroll 3 times in case anyone was curious about the interaction

Played a game of arena, went mad hatter (cringe I know) but didn't get cappa juice. Had about 20-30 hats on round 10, then we lost, and I went down to 0. It says lose half hats so something about that doesn't sound right...
