Save for my future, or spend while the kids are young

Hey all,
I am struggling to figure out what I want to do with excess cash. My wife and I will be welcoming our second kid in December, and as much as I want to retire early, the thought of my kids growing up doing nothing sounds so boring. Once our last car loan is paid off we will be debt free. No house yet, but that's where the conundrum comes up. We will have about $1500/month in excess cash to do whatever we want with. Are there any out there that spent all their money while their kids were young to have a good time while there was time? As well as my wife and I still being young to enjoy stuff. We have about 180k in our retirement accounts, so technically using the 7 year rule we would be at 2.5million around age 60. That feels like a lot right now. Just looking for some advice. I would hate to miss out on the world to retire at 50 and my kids are teenagers by then.

My company is in the process of implementing a multi-subsidiary structure, and we have had NetSuite within our three companies prior to doing so. As of now, we have three different part numbers for the same items. We deal with a lot of fittings, so Company A may have COMPA-406-010, Company B has COMPB-406-010, and Company C has COMPC-406-010.

Since the beginning, the inventory team had advised against it, and now we are having trouble doing intercompany transactions since none of our parts match. The simple solution is to convert all the parts to one, but they would rather not do that since it could risk messing up all the BOMs, KITs, and website stuff.

Is a global part number the only other option? That would mean we have four part numbers for the same part. So if Company A needs a part from Company B, Company B would have to transfer inventory from COMPB-406-010 to 406-010 before being able to complete the transaction.

Hope this all makes sense, just hoping to get some advice on it.

Did anybody ever paint the 99 pictures? Im basically making 10 billion/second so I am not sure if maybe I just need to wait until I can afford the cost to get the inspiration.
