I'm looking to get my first Delica but was hoping for something blacked out with a better stainless steel than VG10, or if not totally black then at least a dlc straight edge blade with a colored handle would be ok. The closest I have found was the dlt carbon fiber cruwear but of course that's not stainless. Does something like that exist with dlc coated magnacut, 30v, s35vn, m390, etc?
